2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SocMedIn.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

3. Services Provided

SocMedIn provides a global online directory for:

• Social media profiles
• Businesses and professionals
• Content creators and influencers

All listings on SocMedIn are paid listings only.

Users may choose between:

• Basic Listings (Paid)
• Premium Listings (Paid with enhanced visibility)

There are no free listings available.

3.1 Social Media Reference Requirement

All listings must:

• Clearly reference at least one valid social media profile
• Include a functional and verifiable link to a social media account

Listings not primarily related to social media profiles may be removed.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Ensuring they have all legal rights to submitted content
• Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
• Complying with all applicable laws

Users must not impersonate others or misrepresent identity.

5. Listings, Payments & Withdrawal Rights

5.1 Listing Types

• Basic Listings (Paid): Standard directory placement
• Premium Listings (Paid): Includes enhanced visibility such as:
  • Homepage placement
  • Featured category placement
  • Display above Basic listings

5.2 Payments

• All listings require payment in advance
• Listings may be subscription-based (recurring billing)
• Prices may be changed at any time

5.3 Right of Withdrawal (Waiver for Immediate Publication)

Where applicable under consumer protection laws (e.g. EU):

• By requesting immediate publication, the user expressly agrees to the execution of the service before the withdrawal period expires
• The user explicitly waives their right of withdrawal once the service begins
• Upon publication, the right of withdrawal expires

Alternatively:

• Users may choose to delay publication until the statutory withdrawal period (e.g. 14 days) has expired

5.4 Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable once the listing is published
• No refunds for:
  • Active listings
  • Expired listings
  • Listings removed due to violations

Refunds are only granted where required by applicable law.

5.5 Violations & No Refund Policy

If a listing violates these Terms:

• The listing will be removed or suspended immediately
• No refund will be issued
• The account may be restricted or permanently banned

5.6 Expiration & Non-Payment

If payment is not received:

• Listings may remain visible at SocMedIn’s discretion
• Contact details, links, and redirects may be removed
• Listings may be downgraded or partially hidden

6. Content Submission & License

6.1 User Content

Users may upload:

• Text
• Images
• Videos
• Logos
• Links

6.2 Grant of Rights

By submitting content, you grant SocMedIn an:

Irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and perpetual license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute content
• Display content on the platform and third-party platforms
• Use content for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes
• Use content across:
  • Social media
  • Ads and campaigns
  • External publications

6.3 Post-Term Use

This license remains valid:

• After listing expiration
• After account termination
• After any contractual relationship ends

No compensation is owed.

6.4 Content Restrictions

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Copyright-infringing material
• Hate speech, violence, or harassment
• False or deceptive claims

6.5 Adult Content Rules

• Adult-related listings are allowed only in the “Adult Entertainment” category
• Strictly prohibited:
  • Fully nude images
  • Explicit sexual content
  • Pornographic or erotic descriptions
  • Sexually suggestive imagery

SocMedIn reserves the right to determine appropriateness.

6.6 Image Restrictions

Images must NOT contain:

• Copyright watermarks
• Contact details (phone, email, URLs)
• Promotional overlays

7. Fan Accounts

Fan listings are allowed if:

• Clearly labeled (e.g. “Cristiano Ronaldo Fan Club”)
• Not misleading or impersonating

SocMedIn may remove misleading entries.

8. Platform Independence Disclaimer

SocMedIn is independent and not affiliated with:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
• TikTok
• YouTube
• X Corp.
• LinkedIn
• Snap Inc.
• Pinterest
• Reddit

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Content Moderation

SocMedIn reserves the right to:

• Edit, remove, or reject listings
• Reassign categories
• Suspend accounts without notice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• SocMedIn is not liable for any direct or indirect damages
• No guarantee of:
  • Visibility
  • Traffic
  • Leads or business success

Use is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Legal risks arise
• Content is inappropriate

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
